The Fender FSR MA-1 Acoustic Guitar has a 3/4-size parlor body that
produces a sweet, full and articulate tone thanks to the laminated
Agathis top with laminated Sapele back and sides. Providing an improved
playing experience akin to that of more expensive full-size instruments,
the Fender FSR MA-1 is perfect for students and beginners alike. Other
new features include a Nato neck with a ''C'' profile, upgraded tuners
for more stable intonation, a Rosewood bridge with compensated saddles
and Fender headstock logo.
Condition
The instrument has been checked over by our experienced luthier who
reported that mechanically the instrument is good and plays well. This
guitar is an ex-rental and
does show some wear and tear and has a scrated reverse hence the low price.
Returns/Warranty
If on initial inspection you are disappointed in any way, you may return
it and receive a full refund within the first 14 days. You are most
welcome to visit and test the instrument in our playing room prior to
making a commitment.
We will offer the instrument with a full mechanical warranty for three
months, as is standard with second hand instruments, but only a limited
cosmetic warranty. The cosmetic warranty is limited to significant
issues.

Standard Courier Delivery - Free For UK Mainland
When you add this product to your shopping basket, you will be provided with our standard courier delivery option. This will deliver the piano to the front door on the ground floor of your house or building. This service will not deliver the piano into your home.
2 Person Delivery Service - Contact us For a Quote
The delivery personnel will deliver the piano to a ground room floor** of your choice, rather than just the front door. Premium Delivery and Installation Service - Contact us For a Quote
The delivery personnel will deliver the piano to a ground room floor** of your choice, fully assembled and all packaging will be removed and taken with them. Further Delivery Info
Responsibility for ownership of the goods passes to purchaser once we have delivered them.
We can only deliver goods to the same address to which the credit/debit card used to pay for the goods is registered, except in cases where payment has been made by cheque, postal order or banker's draft, and the funds have cleared fully against our account. There are NO exceptions to this rule.
Unless otherwise advised, delivery will be made by a fully-insured courier service, within normal business hours. A signature at this address will be required.
The charge for delivery will be shown at the final checkout stage before final submission.
All delivery times and dates are subject to stock availability and backlog.
Unfortunately Hogan Music Ltd can in no circumstances therefore compensate for delayed orders.

Goods returned for refund will not have this part of the charge for products or services refunded. Damages/shortages must be notified within 3 working days of delivery.

Returns and Refunds
Under the distance selling regulations we accept goods back up to 14 days from the delivery date for a refund on the product purchased. No postage charges are refunded. If you have purchased an item and delivery was free please see definition of free delivery.
Refunds can only be made by the method originally used to pay for the goods.
Credit/debit card refunds will be processed within 30 days of the goods being received by Hogan Music.
Goods that have been altered from their original condition in any way cannot be returned. Goods cannot be returned as faulty where a specific defect in the product was brought to the attention of the customer at the point of sale.
Warranty & Faulty Goods: If there is a manufacturer's warranty registration card when you receive a product, please fill this in or register your products warranty as instructed in the literature.
Goods returned will be dealt with in accordance with the individual manufacturer's warranty policies. This policy is invalidated if the goods have been altered in any way from their original condition or if the fault is due to misuse by the purchaser.
Orders for software products, or hardware that includes software as part of the package, cannot be refunded once the software has been opened. Video/Audio content in the form of CDs or DVDs also cannot be returned if the item has been opened.
Please note that any product returned to us that appears to have been performed with or used in a professional or semi-professional capacity will be either returned to you the customer or we will deduct a hire fee for the duration of the time the goods were with you. Customers will be informed of this prior to any action being taken.
It is the customer's responsibility to return goods, Hogan Music do not collect, pay or reimburse for return carriage. Customers returning any products must package them well. If goods arrive back with Hogan Music and look badly packaged or damaged, we will sign for as damaged and inform you immediately. All goods once delivered to customers are the customer's responsibility; they are also the customer's property whilst in transit back to us until signed for and checked.
