For many years Hogan Music has gained a proud and legendary reputation for great customer service.
As we extend our shop to this brand new online presence, it is only natural for us to extend our fine philosophy for customer service and relations with it.
Our Order Process
Here is a simple step-by-step guide listing the routines of our order process. We feel that by enabling you, the customer, to know this process we are ensuring a well-informed and well-oiled platform for an order to take place.
This is also important, as, due to the nature of our shop, stock levels tend to fluctuate. Therefore, by sticking to this guide as closely as possible, we can ensure that you are never in the dark with regards to the availability and whereabouts of your order.
Stock: We endeavour to maintain the stock levels shown on our website so that they reflect those in our shop. In this vein we intend to list incoming, expected products in advance of their arrival.
Price: We pride ourselves on our incredibly competitive prices as well as the fact that, unlike other online shops, our online prices match our in-store prices. As such, we are more than happy to, where possible, offer you the best prices on our listed products.
“Out of stock ”: For items that are listed, but out of stock we recommend that you email sales@hoganmusic.co.uk ahead , so we can discuss expected delivery times for the product.
“In stock ”: A similar process is carried out when an ‘in stock' product is ordered, except we email you after the order has been processed.
We feel that this level of email interaction is essential in establishing and maintaining personal, friendly and ‘human' liaisons.
Ordering Guitars : When purchasing guitars from Hogan Music you get a fantastic aspect of service that other retailers do not offer. We do not merely act as a middle man; attaining a product from one person (supplier) before forwarding it to another (customer). We will open the box on its delivery to the shop before having it thoroughly checked over by our Luthier, Julian Mullen. (julianmullenguitars@ntlworld.com ). Once the guitar is given the green light by Julian we will proceed to postage.
Postage: Having confirmed and ensured that you are aware of and happy with the expected delivery time of your order we will securely package and post the item on to you.
